Henry D. Haddock is the President and founder of CRE Solutions & Analytics, LLC. Since 2012, Mr. Haddock has served the legal profession as a consulting and testifying expert in areas of banking, finance and commercial real estate. Additionally, Mr. Haddock has served the privately-held business segment as an advisor and consultant in various matters of complexity inclusive of structuring shareholder exits and arranging related financing. Mr. Haddock has also served clients in the commercial real estate arena as well, leading efforts to re-position, re-develop and/or liquidate commercial real estate while optimizing returns to owners.

Mr. Haddock has over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, commercial real estate, construction lending, credit administration, workouts and commercial real estate brokerage services. Mr. Haddock additionally has extensive experience in special asset administration, managing workouts, note sales, foreclosures, deficiencies, litigation, bankruptcy, negotiated settlements and ORE throughout the southeastern United States. Mr. Haddock has extensive expertise and market knowledge of the Florida market in particular, and has been a licensed real estate broker in the state for over 25 years.

Jim Garner, Senior Associate at CRESA, has a 40+ year career in commercial real estate including the areas of finance, brokerage, valuation and consultation. Finance experience with commercial banks includes recourse lending, special assets, portfolio management, credit policy and appraisal review. Commercial mortgage banking encompasses arranging non-recourse loans with life insurance companies, pension funds and other debt sources. Mr. Garner has been a licensed real estate broker in Florida for over 30 years and his brokerage experience includes the sale of numerous commercial and income producing properties. Valuation and consultation includes appraising commercial properties as a former MAI for lenders, investors, and acting as a Special Master for Orange County ruling on ad valorem tax appeals.

Mr. Garner graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Real Estate and Business Management and he earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. His extensive knowledge, experience and insights into all segments of the commercial real estate industry as well as banking and finance provide CRESA clients with invaluable benefit, providing a credible foundation in service as a consultant, advisor or testifying expert.
